I'm Mike Baldassarre — a lifelong educator, leader, and learner.
For more than 20 years, I've served students, families, and communities across Massachusetts as a Vice Principal, Principal, Director of Special Education, and Superintendent of Schools. My work has always centered on helping people reach their full potential — whether in the classroom, in the community, or within themselves.
In 2025, my life took an unexpected turn, leading me on a journey of personal growth and renewal. Today, I combine decades of professional leadership with the personal lessons I am learning through recovery to teach, support, and guide others seeking positive change.
My goal is simple: to help others find strength in their story — just as I continue to find it in mine.
